Gary, my guess would be along these lines. This guy Swope
was flattered to be asked by a 2nd co. to serve on the BOD.
He is also approaching retirement age and the additional
income doesn't hurt. But most importantly, he was probably
lied to just like many of the stuckholders were/are. I truly
think Tom cooper's leaving the BOD related to discovering
that he had been lied to. Note to Ken Chan: Don't jump on
me about this one. This time I am guessing.
