Gary, why would it be a problem if Brad approached Swope and
told him that RSMI is a small company attempting a big telco
solution. We aren't there yet, but we are making progress. It
would be extremely helpful to have someone of your experinence
and visionary outlook advising us as we make progress towards
our goals.
It would not make the guy any sort of scum by accepting. Now, if he were aware of the entire picture, that is a totally different story.
