"If an officer of a company will tell one lie, he will tell more (of which
RSMI is a great testimonial)."

And yet...

Koog, (Who knows Will), states that Will Swope is a stand-up guy...

"No, no character deficiencies."

"Will is a very upright and honest guy. He also is at a point in life, after many years at Intel in very senior positions, where he would not be enticed in nefarious ways to prop up a sham. He's also the kind of guy who wouldn't be enticed, even if he was a junior technician in the lab."

Makes a guy wonder....

Why would a guy from Intel, (With good character reference), join the Board of Directors at Rim Semi, if he didn't see something?

If nothing existed in the first place, (as many of you claim), why would Will Swope waste his time on a non-existent product??

Time will tell....

Gary

P.S. Lycus, Yes, I saw the post.

Hmmm???

Who is this guy? Really?

One thing I do know...

Kenneth Chan IS NOT George.

Gold - I couldn't agree more, and I too have learned the same valuable lesson. I will never ignore the lies I hear from the CEO again. If I had bailed when things didn't add up initially I would have saved a tremendous amount of money and could have put that money to better use in subsequent start-up investments. Oh well - you can't take it with you, and life is afterall all about "learning" all the way to the grave. Some lessons cost more than others.. and those that cost the most, I believe, help you the most in the long-run.
