Why would a guy from Intel, (With good character reference), join the Board of Directors at Rim Semi, if he didn't see something?
Why not? He gets paid to do very little. I know of dozens of worthless companies that hired well known and usually respected people to go on their BOD's.
Just because they do, doesn't give the company credibility.
