One would only assume that, if one assumed they were legitimate, with a real product.
I'm not willing to make that assumption, but I've not bothered to look into it either. IMO its just pointless to try and perform DD on OTC/OTCBB companies, they can get away with pretty much whatever they want. And even if they are legitimate, they are susceptible to all the other crooked BS of the OTC/OTCBB markets, which includes everything from sleezy MM's, crooked Brokerages and Unethical Pump & Dump Groups.
However, I will not refute what you say, I can't. All I can do is offer a technical perspective and hope you guys make out well in the end!!!
