Yep ! It seems to me that way too ! They are keeping the PPS from .005 to .007 for the past few months already. I could not get anymore shares for .005 since they ASK .007 most of the time that I placed the order.

I guess that they just want to ... intimidate the weak hands to sell them at .005 (a 40% drop) and did not want us to have the cheap shares. Just a thought ! MBT
