At 11:23 this morning 300 shares changed hands. If you look at the Market Makers Signals ( http://www.thepennystockblog.com/signals.html ), you will see the following: 300 Take the price down so I can load shares. A little after that 300 share buy, the ask went from .007 to .006. There were also 3 MMs on the bid this morning for .005. Now there is only 1. Looks like MM manipulation to me. Just an observation.
