N4, my take was that sks gave no new information. One question I wanted answered was asked by another caller, but I did not understand the answer. I wanted to know what was going on with the KTM product that sks was speaking of so highly on the last call that customers had real pain for and that they'd have a much better read on this last q4 and the current q1. I heard something about setting up VARs and betas, things that I thought were already done. Anybody understand what the answer was? I can't get the replay to work.
All last year they were projecting breakeven/1M runrate in 12 months, starting in March of last year, then in May, Aug, and Nov. I found it strange that now they can not comment or project when they expect a 1M quarter, let alone a 1M monthly runrate.
They should have stuck a fork in Wavexpress a year ago and just incubate it until there is a need for it. As a stand alone contributor, Wavexpress has done nothing. A ColleMcVoy reseller deal, Korean reseller deal and UkraineTV do not show well for a years worth of TVTonic effort.
Yes, Wave is on train for the 50cent-$1 products and no doubt in my mind that PCoems will deploy TPM PC's going forward. In a previous call I recall following quoted statement, courtesy of Unclever's site from the Aug. CC. Q: you feel like you're well, you're much more comfortable now than you were say four months ago that we're going to have the resources and wherewithal to keep the lights on until this unfolds? ANSWER:" Very much so. The real challenge in this market has been when are the first units going to ship with scope and volume, and I think that we're beginning to be able to show that to the marketplace. We certainly had a clearer view of it for the last couple quarters, so we've been much more comfortable than perhaps our shareholders can be, because it's hard to see the data that we have. But we're very comfortable, if the market begins to ship in the fourth quarter that we have the resources to get there, that that will ultimately drive the revenue.
Well, the market did start to ship and Wave needs to show that those statements about being very comfortable and having a clearer view were not baloney. Somewhere in that same call, he also thought a few more PCoems would ship TPM's by the end of the year.
Clearly some things need to start happening. What made them think 7million and 3.7million shares was enough and that the stock would either be higher, or some more funds would come in? Why didn't they sell 2x the amount of shares? Why didn't they unload all of SSP when there was volume?
