For the last time, my point concerns optimal financial structure of a firm such as Wave in the absence of complete information.
Contact the SEC about their rules for disclosure, etc. It is their rules regarding absence of information. In 2003, Wave began to sell products starting in November. In terms of financial structure, everyone has their opinion.
I don't have any point about future sales levels other than the lack of guidance.
Your other post said clearly you believe there to be no sales. Sorry I misunderstood that. If I were SKS, I would not indicate anything knowing that investors have pissed off journalists in the past, there was an SEC announcement of an investigation, there are lawsuits announced, there are shorts and a ton of other reasons for keeping your mouth shut. I applaud his stance. What I got from the CC was confidence that they are deploying and will focus on being involved with those that are bringing products to market. Please see my earlier post. Wave is involved with everyone offering TC products. I find that an incredible achievement.
