Shouldn't the sharholders be let in on what he may "know"? Shareholders have to assume that current funding will last for a further 3 to 6 months in the absence of any significant income. Now it may happen that there will be income to increase the funding runway past the 3 to 6 month window. But if that were to be the case, then SKS should have a fairly good idea of what revenues can be expected. Yet he fails to answer specific shareholder questions about this. This increases the risk of the investment and thus directly depresses the share price. This is not the way in which to maximize shareholder value.
I give SKS top marks for placing Wave in the centre of the trusted computing paradigm. I give he failing grades for providing shareholder value financial accumen.
Wave's tech will be included in NSM's Super I/O $1 solution .If as we believe Atmel has lost IBM's 5 million TPM per year account & NSM has won it along with other PC OEM's like Toshiba & Dell or MB manufacturers like Intel, financing against this news may well be with more favourable prices than $1.90......
I agree only if the stock price is trading higher than $1.90 at the time. We will never get more than the public price of the stock...imo
