Feeney is just the messenger
He can only report history. As far as obtaining financing, he is constrained by the history he has reported. I am sure he supplies advise to the the CEO and the BoD. None of us know what advise he has provide, good or bad. The CEO and BoD can take the advise or ignore it. No way of knowing. But if he were providing bad advise and the CEO and BoD followed it, he would have been let go long ago. Only the CEO is responsible.
SKS is not in control of the environment he must do business.
Wave is either positioned at the right time or not. We are kind of like the guy sitting on a trillion barrels of oil before just as the first automobile was delivered, and sure this automobile is going to be "big, very big", but not knowing just how fast the market will buy the automobiles.
