Metro, you are wrong on this view. Actually, LOU has put himself in to negative spotlight more then JOE, at this moment. The way shareholders are seeing this is, PPS is up, WAY UP, and the fact that LOU is stopping INFORMATION from getting to us, the blood is on LOU'S hands not JOE's. I've moved to the neutral ground and will stay here until JOE opens up his cards to us. AND the fact that LOU is stopping this PUBLIC INFORMATION from ALL shareholders, I hold LOU and nobody else responsible at this point. AND I wont vote for LOU if this continues.

We do not speak for Joe Lanza or the opposition. We are speaking of legalities here and what is legally required for the sake of all shareholders for a fair market. Whatever disputes may exist and everyone's opinions of these disputes are only "assumptions" by unqualified observers or unknowledgeable shareholders. Again it must be re-iterated we are not for or against either side. We are speaking only for the facts that are facts at this point in time.
