Those D&B numbers are rarely accurate. Unless the company remembers to update their info each year which most don't

Typically a company initially submits info to get their D&B number, then each year pays the annual renewal fee without updating the number of employees or total sales. Those Dovarri numbers could be 5-10 years old for all we know.

Very likely to be inaccurate numbers...

But, we don't have anything else to go by.

In 1995, Siebel was priced at $1,795.00 per user.

Right now, all we know about Dovarri is that it is priced at anywhere from $19.95 - $99.95 per license, and is said to have a customer base of over 1,000 (from various news items since from 2004-2006).
