When Siebel IPO'd in '96, annual sales were $39 mil.

So, if Dovarri's sales are only $1.1 mil... obviously, these two companies can no longer be used in comparison for valuation sake.

I am fairly sure these numbers are inaccurate. I happened to find my own company listed on the D&B database (like it says for those Dovarri figures) - despite never sending anything to D&B. Needless to say, the sales and revenue figures they listed for me were completely off the mark.
