I was just interested in knowing if the picture has changed any, since you specifically posted levels and stated that if 10400 is taken out, bears are in control or words to that effect. Per your response, I take it that though the levels are broken, the pattern is still intact validating your forecast. Have a great day.

Richard Russell, by virture of DOW and Trannies closing at LOWS, he has officially called it a BEAR MARKET.

I am wondering how we can make new highs with DOW Theory calling it a bear market.
