Velociraptor....interesting points you make.

Richard Russell, by virture of DOW and Trannies closing at LOWS, he has officially called it a BEAR MARKET.

I am wondering how we can make new highs with DOW Theory calling it a bear market.

Curious to know your thoughts...thnx
