Your numbers are good silentscope, but that takes into consideration that there will be no dilution after the R/S. Isn't G/L going to need capital to grow the business? I think the main reason for the R/S is dilution. Let's see what happens to the A/S. If the A/S are split down by 1000, then good news. If it's not, then it leaves lots of room for dilution.

We just need more information before we start counting the money

Assets and net assets are two different things. A company can have enourmous assets and negative net assets.
