Your numbers are good silentscope, but that takes into consideration that there will be no dilution after the R/S. Isn't G/L going to need capital to grow the business? I think the main reason for the R/S is dilution. Let's see what happens to the A/S. If the A/S are split down by 1000, then good news. If it's not, then it leaves lots of room for dilution.

We just need more information before we start counting the money
