* Rising terrorism and assassination risks in Pakistan, Iraq and Afghanistan
* Banking crisis in China- poor IPO activity pointing to problems there
* Unemployment rates of 12% in Germany,rising in France & Italy
- any one of these could send the market down 300 points in a heartbeat if they break IMTO
