IDCC did not make 4th qtr estimate of .07. Earnings were .02, and revenues were lighter than expected due to timing of licensees reporting of sales. Also, they announced that the arbitration hearings with Nokia would not conclude until January 05. Analysts expected some resolution of this issue later this summer.
