Toronto Star's recent article on the OSC's poor track record in the wake of Conrad Black's arrest and conviction
Yep, the OSC will really be looking to make an example of somebody, and I can't think of more deserving candidates! As a side note, I was told by one of the OSC inquiries officers a number of months ago that this is the most serious securities case he's seen during his tenure with the Commission. I can only hope the Commissioners on the panel concur.
