What an embarrassment to Canadians to have such people operate and direct scams like this one on Canadian soil.

I heard a lot of rumblings in Toronto recently that changes are coming in 2008 because of the Toronto Star's recent article on the OSC's poor track record in the wake of Conrad Black's arrest and conviction ....in the US:
