That could well be. COPI is typically very slow to PR anything. But since they've hired a new PR firm, if the firm lets something like that pass by without PRing it when it's news, rather than history, would be a disappointment. If a little company like COPI successfully kicks Cornell to the curb, that's NEWS, and no PR firm worth the name would miss the opportunity to publicize it, IMO. Not to announce such an event would be a big IR failure, IMO. But there's no real good reason that I know of why the check won't be cut and the PR issued. They're just pushing the deadline real hard.
