Honestly how do we know it was not done already and they just have not PR it yet. I could be wrong about this but I do not remember seeing a Rule that says when you pay off your debt you have certain amount of days to inform investors of it. Some companies do not work like investors do they could be waiting for the NEW YEAR to PR that type of information. Some companies complete projects early but do not PR them til much later from what I have seen. That is just my view point. imo
