SCRA , I was not aware they were in chapter 11, has that been settled yet on what common stock holder will get,

the stock does not carry the Q with it, has it come out of chapter 11 than, thanks in advance.

PLease forgive my question, it does not have a Q now. Did it carry the Q previously
