that is the PR that sent the stock from .079 to .38. it ended up closing at .24
Shorty was covering big that day.
I am not a conspiracy theoryit when it comes to shorts. But If you have seen a short position have to cover. It is awsome to see. But All the stars have to line up just right.

The short positions have had alot of time to cover over the last 3 weeks in the .09 to .105 range. And I imagine they have been. Because they know the role that G.E. has played in trying to overthrow and upset the balance in SCRA.
