SCRA Appears to me to be a 2008 early turn around story , with the what has take place in late in 2007.

It's probably been going down only on fear, but it looks to me like a big turn around catching the bottom could be real nice, imo

could be late tax selling and the guy that stepped down may have caused it but ge capital bought the major stake if I read right.

I think you may have a good one , I better keep it on radar at least.
