I agree that investing in stock is always a question of faith.
Faith in future revenues that can deliver real profits for the company and in relation -of course- the shareholders.
What concerns UPDA is the one-million-dollar question; Can they get real revenues delivering profit and make their balance healthy ? First sign of this is, if they can pay their developments with cash flow and not with new loans and issuing stock.
We'll better wait on that before believing too much beautiful stories. The company has told too much such stories in the past.
But I do agree, things are changing; the company is developing real assets, I hope, and now it is waiting to see real revenues.
