I personally dont see it taking that long .. Technically speaking on any other stock yes, but this is not your ordinary stock.. We've got a HUGE settlement that can take place at any time, and if your not in you get nothing, so essentially I'd expect to see a steady climb in PPS until our next hearing which is on January 16th..
Fundamentals almost always overcomes technicals, but if its a combination of both then its the perfect storm ie. MOSH..
