BrG - it is only negative to believe with axes to grind. I can put an application in to satisfy the masses. The fact is I have not seem one cogent calculation showing how HRCT can qualify for AMEX or NAZ as presently configured. Can you? At least I know with a R/S and hold they can probably get on... Now if they are going to attempt to get on that chinese exchange then so be it...
