You don't have to tell me ;) As soon as I took a close look at this one I decided to start accumulating.

I just wish I would of took the time Thursday afternoon to take a good look at it when King brought it to THE JUNGLE instead of that night.

MOSH > .10, massive lawsuit play agains PXD (Pioneer Natural Resources Co.). Good news out today for MOSH, JP Morgan Chase Bank agreed to let MOSH unit holders name a new trustee... this opens the door for MOSH to go after PXD. PXD's market cap is $5.6B BTW, this could be the mother of all settlement plays IMO.

If the settlement money is paid to unitholders, who would want to buy, their inflated shares with no prospect for them of the settlement divi?
