Americrap - another watch out piece of info - day orders entered in AH do NOT CANCEL like before at datek - day orders are considered GTC orders..

I placed a day order on friday and noticed it filled TODAY, was told day orders entered afterhours are filled next trading day

Does this mean that simply canceling your day orders before the market close would solve the problem?

Otherwise, how about entering GTC orders instead?
