I do believe that the 3G licensees of IDCC that I mentioned are LOCKED into a CDMA 3G license rate..as opposed to Ericsson and Nokia not yet being LOCKED into a 3G rate for CDMA with Qualcomm.. Now I expect a lot of posting traffic..
