1. Small clarification; We know 100% that Ericsson is a named trigger company (IDCC has said so). Whether the Ericsson-IDCC March 17 agreement is a "triggering event for NOK" is a matter for the arbitrators. (I believe it is).
5. In March 2003, neither IDCC nor Ericsson anticipated that NOK would go to arbitration; so I do not believe that the arbitration is holding-up Ericsson's 3G license with IDCC. IMO, it's something else; but what it is, I don't know.
