Only if we include all of CDMA2000 essential patent claims in the LU suit and win.

The ericy products for CDMA2000 do not identify a single IDCC patent.

I hope that we will not somehow create another billion dollar expectation for true ups with major OEM CDMA2000 products.

IDCC was silent as to this technology until recently and by their own admission had invested most of its money in W-CDMA. IDCC has only included Tantivy patent claims in its suit with LU and suddenly IDCC is the king of CDMA2000!!!!??????

I am cautiously optimistic and this true up cheerleading is way premature until IDCC speaks, if it is allowed to do so.
