think you are missing my point. the nok arb is about 2G not 3G. what happens in the nok arb over nok's 2G rates and validation of idcc's 2G portfolio imo, has nothing to do with ericy's validation of idcc's 3G portfolio.
as idcc has stated, nok's 3g rates (which they have signed a contract for)will be determined by "named" other's that sign 3G rates with idcc.
i guess we agree to disagree. i see it has 2 separate issues. ericy has "validated" idcc's 2G portfolio but not their 3G yet. nok hasn't validated idcc's 2G protfolio (re: the reason for arb) they have supposedly validated idcc's 3G portfolio but still refuse to pay for it.
