gman1962: Simple. Does the rate I (Ericy) set with IDCC force Nokia to have the same rate, or will they beat me with a lower rate. IDCC says no, arbitration will validate that for us. Ericy says to IDCC, before I sign for 3G, show me that that is true for 2G. And so we wait for the arbitration results.

I have a good "bud" that owe me a Hundred Buck's, he paid me with in a week. Have another "Bud" that owe me $2500.00 took almost a year to pay me. It's about the size owe, takes more time when more money is on the table. I didn't like the longer time frame but the main point "I got what was owed"
