jack, what you are forgetting is that the WELL is now DRY. He can't sell squat to raise free money. So this is a game of chess. What is his next move! He can't raise $$ easily anymore via dilution with the PPS at close to zero. So we wait. Remember - he has told many SH (including me) that he will NEVER do an R/S. How many CEO's have said that and then reversed direction. So long as he doesn't break a law he can do whatever he wants. He just needs to face his friends in the local barber shop where he sold them on investing in CTKH years ago. FH - your next move !
