1) Desmond - spoke to one and they heard of ETIM and the personal opinion of the woman that answered was that it does not matter what the funeral home thinks, good or bad, it is the client that matters, but her opinion was that she likes them and if she was a big basebal fan she would get one....
Interesting to know how you are willing to do DD on ETIM and find companies that don't carry EI products. And yet you still are holding shares. Just does not make sense. You sure know how to invest. I am blown away as to how you keep knockin' EI when you are a holder. I would suggest you sell before the EOY, to claim as a tax loss. I am sorry for you.

Unfortunately, I do not find this surprising. What I do find unsettling, however, is that ETIM has products for sale on e-bay and not at major funeral homes in their own backyard.
