this is just a reality that some here are not willing to admit, awareness among funeral homes is not universal. this does not mean that EI will not be successful or that they are not doing a great job of publicizing, it is just a reality in the industry. Many funeral homes stock 1 or 2 vendor products and do not care about the rest. It is a very established industry and will be slow to change.

Everyone can agree that change is coming and EI is poised to take advantage of it, but the product needs to be PULLED through the distribution chain by consumer demand. This will take time.
