mid_swe, I was not trying to single you out in particular. Misconceptions about fast track and orphan status keep showing up frequently on various message boards, and I wanted to address that.
(For example, one of the posters on the OXGN board recently posted that fast track makes a drug more likely to be approved; as I replied there, exactly the opposite is true.)
