Dew: This is a two month old posting. I know your position and you know mine. We have discussed FDA rules, QT limits and trial results but never looked in to the legal aspect.
If QTc would be such problem for OXGN why is not managment not adressing it? They would have a bunch lawyers knocking on the door if they were trying to cover something up IMO.

Something is happening with OXGN. This weekend they started to look for a Senior Accountant. This is the 3:rd job in some weeks.
