After Mosh hits 17 dollars ill transfer it all to choicetrade

I keep my Scottrade accounts as back-ups and for their great, free news alert system which sends emails and calls my cell phone with a text message when news hits for any ticker. And, strange as it might seem, I can't buy MOSH in my Interactive Brokers account, can only sell it. MyTrack allows buys online and until today, so did ST.
