Downapenny, it is clear that Lanza will only operate BD for the benefit of himself and his other companies. Any reasonable person knows that. Just ask yourself why does BD contract with Lanza's other other companies. Don't have to even thing about it beyond that point. To compare the new Board to Lanza is just rediculous.
