"The 'Earn-Out' shall also include.." OD- can you please post the entire earnout clause? This para begins with "also include". It seems there is some confusion about what the deal was when IDCC acquired Tantivy.
In any case, I hope the CC will clear up:
1- if the sellers of Tantivy stand to benefit in any way from the LU action, and
2- whether the LU action was obligatory or rather if it is an IDCC licensing initiative.
