While it is impressive that management has not really sold any shares (with the exception of Liposky in 2006), and while it is impressive that they have consistently been buying on the open market, particularly Cox, we must also recopgnize that their buys have been extremely small when compared to their current holdings...
For instance, Cox had 266,000 shares and 722,000 options, and he just bought another 10,765 shares. This is minuscule compared to his holdings and therefore we have to assume that it is a gesture and a signal of confidence rather than some dire need to take advantage of a financial opportunity...
Dew, do you happen to know off hand at what prices these options are exercisable currently? Just a ball park figure if you have one to know if they are currently underwater or in the money...
