I’m assuming that the phase-3 data release is sufficiently soon (January) that it wouldn’t make sense for GTC to ink a US ATryn partnership before the data release. If the next material news will be in January, insiders presumably still had a brief window for buying this week. This further assumes that the terms of a partnership agreement are not yet finalized.
The other possible explanation for the insider buying is that bad news of some sort is imminent. Let’s hope it isn’t that.
