And in post #48709 I provided my guess for what HRCT terms an "error." That being that the transfer agent acted without knowledge of the agreement between the HQ people and HRCT or he did know and erred in forwarding the 144 forms. This being because HRCT didn't notify the transfer agent, or the agreement being oral and therefore there wasn't any document to send the transfer agent, or the agreement was binding on the HQ people but not an actual restriction under rule 144, or some combination of the above or the transfer agent just screwed up.
Take your pick.
In any case the important fact is that the HQ people requested the 144's be filed not who messed up.
