Every company has warts and an investement is just that. A stockholder isn't married to a company for better or worse. The company can't take him to divorce court if he decides to sell. It is no different than having money in a savings account at a bank. If another bank pays more interest you might decide to move your money. Then again you might not if your current bank is in a better location for you or you like the tellers they have or you just like the color of their checks. Investors come and go for many reasons but I have never heard anyone say that someone shouldn't talk about the various interest rates around town and that they shouldn't discuss the pros and cons of keeping money in the bank they do.
As for the R/S. If it were me I would consider it. But HRCT has said they have ruled it out so many times I don't think it is very likely.
