Could you clarify of couple of things in your post?

How did you discover that E-Trade was "a little to ANXIOUS to have their clients sell their 144 shares?" Where did you get this information?

How did you find out that the 144 holders "signed a little contract stating they wouldn't for another year?" Do you know where we can see that contract? Or even where HRCT has said that such a contract exists?

How did you find out "E-TRADE DECIDED THEY would SHORT HRCT on the notion of all those millions of restricted shares their clients MIGHT SELL INTO THE MARKET?" Do you have a link or documentation for this?

Why did you alter the PR from HRCT?
